Basketball Skill sessions are about breaking down the nuances of the game by focusing on skill development through drills & competitive fun; and how to transfer skills into a game setting. Sessions adjusted according to the level of the players involved.

Speed & Agility Session

$15

Duration: 1 Hour

Speed & Agility sessions are about becoming more coordinated, stronger, and faster. Athletes work with cones and ladder drills to promote balance, speed, endurance, reaction time, & change of direction. Sessions adjusted according to the level of the players involved.

Sessions are offered for every skill level and age group. Each session is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All sessions are scheduled 24 hours in advance, first-come, first served. Please show up 5-10 minutes early to prepare for your training session.
